The Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans held an awards ceremony to honor the best 2016 renovations in Louisiana. DMG Design+Build won three awards from the Louisiana Remodeling Excellence Awards in the categories of kitchen remodel and whole home renovations.

1st Place in Kitchen Renovation Under $50K – Stewart Kitchen
The previously dark and confined kitchen now breathes light and openness into this home in River Ridge. A separating wall was removed to bring in natural sunlight to see the new granite countertops and custom cabinets, including a wine rack.
3rd Place in Whole House Renovation Under $250K – Metairie Home Renovation
The entire house was gutted and remodeled to allow the homeowners to “age in place” including ADA compliant bathrooms, doorways and halls.
